Who is the Mediator

Enthusiastic, pragmatic, sensitive, vigorous and result-oriented. Thus NMI Certified Mediator Barbara Hoogenboom preferably describes herself. After studying International Business Administration she gained eleven years management experience, partly international. She has worked as an executive in the financial service business, among other things, for Delta Lloyd, ING and Dexia Bank. This context and her experience with people from various cultures and countries, have given her an eye for both the personal/emotional and business interests of parties. She is a board member of the Dutch Mediators Organization (NMv), active member of the NMI Group Labourmediation, furthermore she can be appointed by the judges of the Court of Amsterdam and by the Juridisch Loket. She did over 120 mediations related to divorce, labour and collaboration.
