Mediation Amsterdam has been active since 2003 and has focused on conflicts which have been particularly related to work and other business conflicts.*

We are distinguished by a sensitive and pragmatic approach.

This means:

>	sufficient - but not surplus - time and attention to the past (how the conflict came about) and the resulting emotions
>	then we focus on the future (how to go further with each other), where parties are stimulated to find acceptable and observable solutions to their conflict.
