Costs

The mediator fee is calculated at € 175 per hour (excl. VAT). Depending on the nature and size of the conflict between two to five mediation meetings are necessary. Apart from the mediation hours we calculate time for preparation and reporting. On average this means one extra hour per mediation session. 50% of the travel time to another location then our own is calculated. Furthermore we calculate travel expenses: €0.30 by kilometre (excl. VAT); kilometres counted as from our office address. External costs of for example hiring of a room or involving experts charged without addition.
